Terms & Conditions (Module Forge)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products (“Products”) published by Module Forge (“we,” “us,” “our”) on the HubSpot Marketplace. By purchasing, installing, or using our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1) Products

We sell digital assets such as HubSpot modules, templates, and related files (“Products”). Products are delivered through the HubSpot Marketplace.

2) Delivery via HubSpot Marketplace

After purchase, the Product is delivered by HubSpot Marketplace and can be installed directly into your HubSpot account/portal, subject to HubSpot’s platform availability and your account permissions.

You are responsible for:

  • Having an active HubSpot account/portal that supports installation

  • Installing/configuring the Product in your portal

  • Ensuring compatibility with your theme/page setup

3) License & Usage

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product:

  • In HubSpot portals you own or manage for clients.

  • For commercial use as part of client projects.

You may:

  • Modify the Product to fit your needs.

  • Use the Product in multiple projects you manage.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publish the Product (or substantially similar derivative) as a standalone product.

  • Remove or alter licensing/attribution notices if included.

  • Claim the Product as your own original work.

4) Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown on the HubSpot Marketplace listing. Payments and billing are processed by HubSpot and/or its payment providers. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

5) Refund Policy

Because Products are delivered digitally through HubSpot Marketplace, all sales are generally final once the Product has been installed or access has been provided.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a delivery issue, contact us at hubdevsolutions@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Refund requests may also be subject to HubSpot Marketplace policies.

6) Support (Unlimited Email)

We provide unlimited email support for the Product at: hubdevsolutions@gmail.com.

Support includes:

  • Installation guidance and basic setup help

  • Troubleshooting issues related to the Product’s intended functionality

  • Clarifying how fields/settings work

Support does not include:

  • Building custom features beyond the Product’s scope

  • Full site development, custom design, or third-party integrations

  • Fixes for issues caused by heavy custom modifications, third-party conflicts, or platform changes outside our control

7) Updates & Compatibility

We may release updates to improve features or maintain compatibility with HubSpot. HubSpot platform changes may affect functionality. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep the Product working, but we do not guarantee compatibility with all future HubSpot updates, themes, or third-party scripts.

8) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our Products for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate HubSpot policies, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.

9) Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain with Module Forge, except for the limited license granted in these Terms.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties that it will be error-free or meet every requirement in every environment.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Module Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product.

12) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision.
